Her heart beats for authentic worship that draws the Church into intimacy with the Father—exactly what this year’s theme is all about. As we gather under the banner of Isaiah 61, we believe God will use these moments of worship to bring healing, restoration, and freedom across the room.
BRADY VOSS
Brady Voss is a Worship Pastor at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM) in Redding, California, where he helps shape a worship culture that honors the Lord and draws people into deeper love for Jesus. His leadership creates space for authenticity, personal freedom, and breakthrough—both on the stage and in the day-to-day rhythms of student life.
After going through BSSM himself, Brady brings a student's perspective to his role. He collaborates with other worship leaders and ministry staff to cultivate an environment where students develop not only in musical skill but also in spiritual sensitivity, creative expression, and personal devotion. Brady carries a tangible breakthrough that he freely imparts to others—raising expectation in the hearts of worshippers and mentoring the next generation to lead with both excellence and encounter.
KYLE HOWARD
Kyle Howard is a singer, songwriter, and worship leader from Central Illinois. From an early age, it was evident that his life would be marked by a deep passion for worship and the presence of God. Kyle began leading worship at The Vineyard Church of Central Illinois at just 14 years old and continues to serve today as the church’s Worship Pastor.
In recent years, Kyle has been featured on multiple Vineyard Worship albums and continues to grow as a songwriter. His most recent song, “We Lift You Up,” was released at the start of the year and reflects his heart to write songs that draw the Church into unified, wholehearted praise. One of Kyle’s deepest passions is seeing rooms marked by a collective response to the presence of Jesus.
In addition to serving as Worship Pastor, Kyle provides oversight to the church’s Experience Department, helping lead and pastor the teams that shape the flow and atmosphere of weekly gatherings.
Kyle lives in Champaign, Illinois, with his wife, Shelby, and their children, Beau and Etta.
